RATES
Summer Season: 1st May - 14th December 2009
£285 per night (minimum 3 nights)
Festive Season: 15th December 2009 - 2nd January 2010
£750 per night (minimum 10 nights)
Winter Season: 3rd January 2010 - 30th April 2010
£405 per night (minimum 5 nights)
Payment: 50% deposit required within 14 days of confirmation. Outstanding balance to be paid 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations: Up to 60 days prior to arrival date - 25% of the total booking value will be forfeited. Between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival date - 50% of the booking value will be forfeited. Within 30 days prior to arrival date - 100% of the booking value will be forfeited. Payment of the deposit signifies acceptance of these payment and cancellation terms.
